I've always loved Long fingers and sharp noses I thought you liked Juniper leaves, but I guess not anymore You never wondered about spindly spider threads like I did And sometimes you would listen about wings and starlight But it's never quite enough, I'll always long for pinecone palaces and magic you can only imagine, So I'll just fly to faeryland, instead

I'll never stop loving thunderstorms If I could find my cloak I'd walk through the rain for days And always remember the scent of evergreen

If I inhale the phosphorus rain, Will my eyes glow like stars? I wish I could reach my roots into the night sky To feel the hum of the galaxy. So tell me, Can I catch my breath on a cloud? Or should I simply float through the thunderstorm Until I drift off into the stars?
